Yes! With our live preview feature, you can see how your text will look on the product before ordering. This makes your decision-making process easier and eliminates the possibility of surprises.
What can I print on the product?
You can choose from name, date, plate, short words or ready-made text options. All details are specified on the product pages.
Can I add charms?
You can add a charm (ornamental accessory) for an additional fee, currently only valid for keychains. You can see the available charm options on the product page.
Is there a gift wrapping option?
Yes, if you wish, you can request a careful gift package for an additional fee. Just specify it in the order notes section or select the gift package option.
When will my order be shipped?
Since our products are specially prepared for each person, your order will be delivered to cargo within 2-4 business days on average.
How much is the shipping fee?
The system automatically calculates the shipping fee based on your order amount. Free shipping opportunities may be offered during certain campaign periods.
How can I find out my cargo tracking number?
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
Can I return personalised items?
No. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that have been written on or specially prepared for you. However, the live preview feature we offer before ordering makes it easier for you to decide on this matter.
Can I return my product?
For products that do not contain personalization, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
What should I do if the product arrives faulty?
Please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt with your order number. We are here to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. You can purchase our digital gift cards and email them to anyone you want. Gift cards are also compatible with Apple Wallet.
